In addition to a great starting wage, Team Members will receive a cash sign on bonus and seasonal performance bonus.
Refer a friend to work at AJ’s and both you and the employee will receive $100 cash each once the Team Member successfully completes their introductory period.
Pizza Cook/Line Cook Starting at $15/hour (commensurate w/ experience)
Responsible for cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to strict food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. The Pizza Cook is responsible for making pizzas, cooking using a wood fired pizza oven, some customer interaction as the kitchen is an open concept, keeping area clean, cleaning station at the end of the shift. The line cook is responsible for making appetizers, sandwiches and salads.
Guest Room Attendant Starting at $15/hour
As a member of the Housekeeping Team, your role will be to ensure the cleanliness and attractive appearance of the guest accommodations and public spaces in accordance with AJ Lodge standards.
Property Operations Starting at $16/hour______
As a member of the Property Operations Team, this position will assist both the lodge and the restaurant and will include: snow removal, stocking wood, trash removal, receiving and storing of deliveries.
Food Servers $8/hour+tips_________
Collaborate with Cooks, and other foodservice staff to provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive reputation for the organization.
Food Server responsibilities include: Greeting & seating customers, taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system, providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals and performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area.
